This copy is from the library of the late poet, publisher and editor Richard Caddell (1949-2003) and is INSCRIBED to him by the author. On the title page it reads: “for Richard Caddell in Durham with thanks Anne Waldman.” Condition: Some browning and fading to covers and spine plus slight soiling with age to page edges.
